 * You can learn skills used by your opponent.

 * This plug-in is compatible with "NUUN_Base" version 1.6.1 or later.

 * <SkillLearning:[rate], [skill], [mode]> If it is a skill that can be learned when attacked, the skill will be learned with a probability.
