Provides a dark map and lighting for players and events.

Map notes:
<dark> Creates a dark map.

Event notes:
<light> Lights the area around the event by default.
<lightColor:#ffbb73> Sets the light color.
<lightRadius:155> Sets the light radius.
<saveLight> Saves the lighting status of this event even after moving to
another map.

This plugin expands save data.
Adds the following data for characters on the map:
- Whether the light is on
- Light color
- Light extent
